“An aquarium should elevate its environment. It should be a living work of art.”
That principle shapes each installation, care plan and detail behind the display.
Showcase Aquarium Solutions brings together the long-view care of an experienced hobbyist, professional maintenance leadership and a company standard built for aquariums people live with every day.

That principle shapes each installation, care plan and detail behind the display.
Kyle’s passion for aquariums began at 13, when his uncle gave him a 55-gallon tank. From the start, he was drawn both to the calm presence an aquarium brings to a room and to the challenge behind making it thrive.
That early fascination became a serious long-term practice: learning how living systems respond to water quality, equipment, livestock choices, feeding and consistent observation—not simply how they look the day they are installed.
Kyle started modestly, building a small client base out of his car. The work grew into four years as maintenance manager at Top Shelf Aquatics, where he was trusted with complex installations, presentation-critical displays and the long-term care that keeps a system healthy after the initial excitement wears off.
Today, Showcase Aquarium Solutions brings that same hands-on standard to residential and commercial clients throughout Central Florida. Kyle remains directly involved in the care of more than 50 recurring client systems, with a focus on thoughtful design, stable operation and aquarium ownership that feels genuinely enjoyable.
This is the aquarium in Kyle’s own home: a personal reef that reflects the same thoughtful planning and steady care he brings to client systems.
For Kyle, an aquarium should feel naturally at home in its room and remain rewarding to live with over time. The display is a daily reminder of the details behind that experience—from equipment and water quality to the small, consistent decisions that help a reef thrive.
Showcase uses an eight-stage RO/DI water system and works with trusted fish and coral suppliers. Kyle’s personal reef systems and coral farm remain part of the day-to-day practice behind the company, helping inform the equipment, livestock and care recommendations made for clients.
That first 55-gallon tank still shapes the standard: a display should be a living work of art, but it also has to be responsibly planned, properly supported and cared for over time. Every system is different, so the approach stays grounded—assess what the aquarium needs, make decisions that protect its long-term stability, and keep the experience clear and personal for the client.

More than two decades after that first tank, Kyle still finds joy in sharing this world with others. Showcase Aquarium Solutions exists to make owning an exceptional aquarium feel more rewarding and less complicated.
