Shipping Rates
In-State Shipping: $34.99
Out-of-State Shipping: $49.99
All livestock is shipped overnight using FedEx or UPS, with a delivery window between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM, depending on your local carrier service area.
Shipping Schedule
To ensure the safest possible transit and reduce weekend delays, all orders are shipped Monday evening for Tuesday morning arrival.
Orders must be placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM EST to make the Monday shipping cut-off
Live Arrival Guarantee
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all livestock orders.
What's Covered:
If your coral arrives dead on arrival (DOA), we'll issue store credit or a replacement (based on availability).*
To Qualify for the Guarantee:
The package must be received on the first delivery attempt.
You must send clear photos of the DOA coral in the original sealed bag within 2 hours of delivery.
Someone must be available to accept the package in person—do not allow the shipment to sit outside.
Important Notes
We take every precaution to ensure your coral arrives healthy, but we are not responsible for:
Shipping delays caused by the carrier
Weather-related delays or damage
Missed delivery attempts
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
These factors are beyond our control and may void the Live Arrival Guarantee.
